Our very first outreach in New Orleans with the homeless was an old fashion "dinner on the ground" feast. We had 15 volunteers and 12 feet of tables filled with food and drinks. We fed approximately 130 homeless people that day. We also offered prayer and a foot washing along with a clean pair of socks to our guests. It was an amazing time shared with our new friends and such a blessing to serve these precious people showering them with the Love of Jesus.
